Occasionally Di gets a need to write something longer than a blog post so her articles will be found in here. You might require a cup of coffee, a chocolate biscuit and a desire for an intellectual break from whatever you are currently doing to fully enjoy her scribblings.

This is also the place where we’ll write more about our bespoke Customer Values Elicitation and Customer Language and Behaviour Profiling techniques - a bit of a learning centre for those that want to know more, particularly how you can use them to really get your communications right!
